Client Brief - Our Client, a regional Housing Ascociation, has a diverse property portfolio. nca was appointed to undertake a feasibility assessment of a small, derilict garage unit in Oxford's Cowley Road area. The Client wanted to optimise the site value by developing the site for its own use or selling it.


Service - Feasiblity Study and Detailed Design


nca prepared a detailed scheme (including 3D massing work) based upon detailed pre-application discussions with Oxford City Council.  A key requirement was compliance with the Council's minimum spatial standards for habitable development.


Additional commentary - By utilising nca's relationship with several Oxford developers we were able to discretely market the site for our Client, which resulted in an unconditional offer.
