Client Brief - A regional Housing Ascociation, had been offered a diverse portfolio of redundant garage sites. The instructions were to assess each one for development potential and submit planning applications for suitable sites. Subsequent to planning approval the designs were completed under a desgin and build contract.


Service - Feasibility to Completion


The scheme delivered 25 dwellings to Lifetimes Homes and Code For Sustainable Housing Level 3 compliance. The units ranged from 3 bed semi-detached dwellings to a substantial 5 bed home. The scheme was very well received by both the Client and the tenants.


Contract Value - £2.75 million
